What we collect
The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message containing your name, business name, email address, telephone number, industry, existing website status, requirements and contact preference. Campaign parameters may also be included to understand where enquiries come from. These details are placed in a WhatsApp link when you choose to continue. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
How we use it
You review and send the prepared message in WhatsApp. Once sent, we use your information to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements and take steps at your request before a possible service agreement. This form does not sign you up for marketing emails.
Storage and access
The website form does not save new enquiries to a website database or send email notifications. When you continue, WhatsApp receives the prepared message through its chat link. Your conversation is handled through WhatsApp and its own privacy terms; the message is sent to our business only when you tap Send. The operator must confirm how business conversations are retained and any relevant processor or transfer arrangements before public launch.
Analytics and browser storage
No Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads or Meta Pixel scripts are active. Campaign parameters may be stored for the current browser session to attribute an enquiry. Anonymous event hooks are prepared for future tracking; adding third-party tracking requires a reviewed consent setup.
